ACCOUNT / FINANCE MANAGER (KL GATEWAY)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous development.
  • Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including corporate tax computations and timely tax filings.
  • Develop budgets and financial forecasts, and perform in-depth financial analysis and reporting to support management in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Review and improve internal controls and accounting systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or membership with MIA are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in accounting and finance is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental accounting principles and taxation matters.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in using AutoCount Accounting Software.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is highly preferred.
