Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full set of accounts, including the preparation of financial analyses, audit reports, and financial statements.
  • Oversee tax planning, filing, and submission, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Handle all banking transactions and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions for various banking and credit facility transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve audit findings, tax discrepancies, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new or modified accounting systems, processes, and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax regulations, accounting standards, and other relevant financial legislation, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Act as a key liaison between external parties such as banks, government agencies, legal firms, and other stakeholders on financial and accounting matters.
  • Provide guidance to team member and collaborate with other departments to gather financial information.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by superior to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirement:

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications in Accounting or Finance (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex financial issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, with a proven track record in handling similar responsibilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Ethical with a strong sense of financial integrity, ensuring transparency and compliance in all financial practices.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin will be more advantage.
  • Alternate Saturday.
