Job description receivingThe primary purpose of a receiving staff is to ensure that all incoming goods and raw materials are properly received, checked for quality, and stored appropriately in the warehouse. The role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and inventory control.Receive Goods, Unload and accept incoming packages and deliveries from suppliers.Verify quantity, condition, and type of items received against delivery slips and purchase orders.Document all materials that are delivered and received.Complete the internal sample checklists as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.Document and address all discrepancies in materials received accurately and promptly.Appropriately store materials in designated storage areas.Collaborate with finance to ensure all delivery notes and invoices are properly matched and documented.Maintain a safe environment at the facility by protocols and guidelines.Operate equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, or other material-handling equipment as needed.Coordinate deliveries and ensure a seamless flow of materials.Core ResponsibilitiesReceiving and unloading: Unload all incoming trucks and raw materials.Inspection: Compare packing lists or airway bills and purchase orders, checking for accuracy in item counts and product types.Documentation: Inspect goods for any damage and document any issues; maintain accurate records of received goods.Storage: Store received goods properly and organize them in designated warehouse or storage areas.Handling of materials: Follow safety and housekeeping practices when handling materials.Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and report any discrepancies to the relevant department for resolution.Receiving reports: Document daily goods received and discrepancies, check materials and generate daily receiving reports.Accurate receipt of all materials received for packaging material as well as raw material.Receive temperature-sensitive items (i.e., API) for movement and check temperature is < 25°C for normal stock, 15°C–25°C for cool storage.All items coming in need to put sticker/exp/dop and on the box.Working Hours9.00am to 6.00pm5.00am to 3.00pm(This working hour might change from time to time depending on operation needs.)Receiving opening hoursOpening hours for receiving will be changed from time to time depending on operation needs.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1, RM3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
