Job Location:- Kuala Lumpur: Cheras LeisureMall / Hartamas Shopping Centre
- Selangor: Aeon Bukit Tinggi / Atria Shopping Gallery
- Engage with clients: Conduct outbound calls and respond to inquiries to promote and sell travel packages, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience.
- Tailor travel solutions: Convert leads into bookings by offering personalized travel recommendations that match client preferences and budgets.
- Build relationships: Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals, fostering a loyal customer base.
- Achieve targets: Meet and exceed daily/weekly call targets and sales KPIs, driving the company's growth and success.
- Stay informed: Keep up-to-date with travel destinations, packages, and promotions to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Address concerns: Handle customer concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and positive reviews.
- Sales expertise: Demonstrated enthusiasm for travel and a proven track record in sales, with the ability to connect with clients and close deals effectively.
- Communication skills: Outstanding communication skills in both Chinese and English, enabling clear and effective interaction with a diverse clientele.
- Proactive attitude: A proactive attitude, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer objections with professionalism and poise.
