About the role

Join the dynamic team at DGSOL MARKETING' as a Tele Marketing Executive. This full-time role is based in Kuching, Sarawak and will see you playing a crucial part in the company's sales efforts. As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and building relationships with potential clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's products and services
  2. Identifying and qualifying sales leads through effective communication and active listening
  3. Presenting the company's offerings in a compelling and tailored manner to meet the client's needs
  4. Negotiating terms and closing sales contracts
  5. Maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and sales activity
  6. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve quarterly and annual targets

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  2. Strong sales acumen and the drive to achieve and exceed targets
  3. Proficiency in using CRM systems and data management tools
  4. A keen interest in the sales industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  5. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar tele-sales or customer-facing role
