Job DescriptionsIdentifying, diagnosing, and resolving the escalated incident in Windows Server platformsEscalated the case to L3 Infrastructure/application team if needPerform the regular server operations such as setup, upgrade, patches deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore etc…Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning.Prepare and maintain technical documentations.Providing support on issues related to servers, hypervisors and storagesLiaise with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenanceRequirements:Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline;Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plus>2 years relevant working experiences in Windows Servers, VMware, x86 servers and storageSizeable company and ITIL experience is preferableSelf-motivated, quick learner, Can-do attitude and able to work under pressureKnowing in SAN infrastructure, SiteScope, AD and VMware is a plusGood written and verbal communication skills in English.Willing to work on rotation shifts and on public holidays. You will be compensated with shift allowance and time off for replacement of public holidays.
