Internship - Human Resources

HR Support:
- Assist in recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in tracking staff attendance and leave records.
- Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Plan and schedule company social media posts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) in line with branding and HR activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and effective communication between departments.
Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and supplies.
- Monitor and manage pantry supplies, stationery, and office inventory.
- Maintain vendor relationships and liaise with service providers for office needs.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and appointments.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Provide overall administrative and coordination support to the HR Manager and CEO.
Requirements:
- Pursuing studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1, RM1,500.00 per month
