Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive 
Accounts cum Admin Executive
 to manage the full set of accounts, support the operations team with invoicing, claims, and financial documentation, and handle daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting both operational billing and office administration. Hands-on experience with 
SQL Accounting software
 is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Handle a full set of accounts: journal entries, general ledger, balance sheet, profit & loss (P&L), and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing reports.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
  • Generate customer invoices and project-related claims in collaboration with the Operations team.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of billing documentation.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, purchase orders, and job costing when required.
  • Support budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (e.g., GST, withholding tax, corporate tax).
  • Prepare and file relevant tax documentation; support external audits as needed.
  • Maintain well-organized and retrievable financial documentation for audit and review.
  • Utilize SQL Accounting software to manage accounting operations.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to finance, HR, BD and operational departments.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital) for accounting and administrative documents.
  • Manage office matters - rental, internet subscriptions, supplies, and liaise with service providers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or any related field.
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (LCCI / CAT / B.Com / M.Com / ACCA or equivalent)
  • At least 2–4 years of relevant experience handling full sets of accounts
  • Experience with SQL Accounting software
     is a must
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Proficient in GSuite and/or Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work across departments
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
