The Jobs:-

  • To assist in vetting technical documents, property inspections, drafting valuation reports and evaluating the progress of work done on property in constuction.

The Requirements: -

  • Diploma/Degree in Valuation/Estate Management/Building Construction/QS;
  • Has at least 2 years of relevant working experiences;
  • Ability to work independantly with minimum supervision;
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (words, excel & etc);
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; and
  • Possesses a valid driving licence and has own transport.
