Responsibilities
- Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer's expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
- To build customer retention rate by attending interested customers, interviewing customers and handling loan application submissions.
- To attend administrative tasks on insurance products from interview to submission including request payment.
- To perform telesales for all Insurance Product (Auto & Credit Life)
- To handle insurance claim case from receiving offer letter from insurance company to payment paid to our company.
- To promote TCAP EZ Connect app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions.
- To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 -2 year of working experience in Customer Service field
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work well in a team.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
