Customer Experience Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels (Phone, Email, and WhatsApp etc)
- Professionally handle inquiries from clients and customers.
- Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
- Continuously identify work process improvements.
- Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality. Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
- Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues such as charging, pricing / invoice queries etc.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English with the ability to communicate effectively
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
- Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.
- Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
- High adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (XLSX, DOC, PPT), GoogleSheets, Whatsapp web etc
- Flexibility to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays)
