What You'll Be Doing

CEO Brand Strategy

  • Build a cohesive narrative that positions our CEO as the definitive voice in beauty innovation, creating content that drives both personal authority and business growth.

Lead Mutli-Platform Content Execution
You'll
plan, write and publish
content across:

  • Youtube - scripts, titles and drive clicks
  • TikTok - punchy lines that cut through noise
  • Instagram - scroll-stopping captions and reels
  • Podcast - solid structures, talking points, summaries
  • Website - CEO messages and announcements

Lead PR & Thought Leadership Writing

  • Draft press materials, media write-ups, and event summaries.
  • Work with PR team to keep messaging aligned and impactful.

Guard the Brand

  • Monitor and manage the CEO's publishing accuracy across all platforms.
  • Optimise titles, metadata, and keywords for maximum reach.

Collaborate & Execute Quickly

  • Move fast with videographers, designers, editors and the CEO.
  • Keep all content confidential and handle sensitive insights with care.

What Makes You Perfect

  • A degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related fields.
  • 5+ years experience in copywriting, editorial, or content strategy.
  • Strength in scripting, storytelling, and structuring long-form narrative.
  • Experience working with CEOs, founders, influencers, or public figures (bonus).
  • Strong podcast writing or audio storytelling skills (bonus).
  • High ownership, fast execution, and en eye for detail.
