Our client is one of theleading multinational conglomerates.  Position Summary Lead and cultivatepartnerships with Global Travel Management Companies (TMCs) & Global MarineTravel Companies for the company, ensuring these collaborations alignwith internal commercial strategy and contribute to revenue growth. Collaboratewith regional and local stations to identify, develop, and maintain thesepartnerships. Additionally, manage and optimize the cost of sales for theassigned portfolio. Key Accountability Leadand manage the global TMC and Marine business portfolioDeliverrevenue targets for global TMCs and Marine portfolios; while maximizing thecommercial potential of new and existing product developments.Actas the key liaison between the Global sales team and HQ departments to enableswift and effective decision -making for TMC and Marine initiatives.Supportthe design and implementation of strategies, structures, standards, and toolsthat drive sustainable growth in the global TMC and Marine business; andcontribute significantly to overall revenue.Balancelong -term TMC and Marine account objectives with short -term initiatives bycollaborating on revenue -driving opportunities that address business gaps andalign with commercial goals.Partnerwith the corporate sales team to enhance overall corporate performance throughstrong TMC and Marine collaboration.Leadthe definition, planning, and execution of revenue budgets for global TMCs andMarine at both the network and station levels, in close coordination withstakeholders.Manageand monitor existing global corporate agreements in partnership with accountmanagers via TMC channels.Monitorand analyze Marine industry trends to identify opportunities and ensure the company remains competitive.Initiateand execute marketing activities through TMCs that deliver measurable ROI andstrengthen the company's brand presence throughout the year.Overseeend -to -end TMC and Marine portfolio responsibilities, including preparation anddistribution of monthly performance reports, management of weekly and monthlymarket share reports with measurable outcomes, administration of paymentprocesses on a quarterly, half -yearly, or annual basis, and effective contractmanagement.Buildand maintain strong strategic relationships with global TMC supplier heads, andMarine travel intermediaries and corporates; to ensure alignment, trust, andlong -term partnership success.Collaboratewith internal teams to tailor products, fares, and services to meet TMC andMarine industry requirements.Performadditional department -related tasks as directed by the head of the department.RequirementsRelevantcollege or university qualification to minimum bachelor level with minimum 7years of relevant experience, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in thetravel industry.Experiencein selling airline products with a focus on corporate sales.Strongunderstanding of the corporate travel market and TMC operations.Provenability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Provenability to negotiate and work within a multinational and multiculturalenvironment with excellent leadership skills.Proficientin MS Office tools with excellent skills in MS word / PowerPoint / Excel.
