About the Role:

Walk Again Rehab is seeking an experienced 
Healthcare Operations Manager
 to lead day-to-day operations, manage resources and staff, and ensure clinical excellence. The ideal candidate will oversee SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics while working closely with the Clinical Head to collect data and prepare MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily rehab center operations and resource allocation.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the Clinical Head for data collection and MIS reporting.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare or Hospital Administration.
  • 5–8 years of experience in healthcare or rehab operations.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/MIS tools and performance management.
