Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Document Controller based in Bintulu. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing project documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols. Day-to-day tasks include organizing, storing, retrieving, and distributing documents, supporting project teams, maintaining accurate documentation systems, and facilitating communication between stakeholders regarding documentation updates.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Document Management, Project Documentation, and maintaining organized document workflows.
  • Strong skills in Documentation and Records Management ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders and teams.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems for document control and management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field is preferred.
