Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full set of company accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and monthly closing activities.
  • Perform daily bank transactions and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations across group entities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including taxation, SST, and other relevant filings.
  • Verify supplier invoices and inventory records for accuracy and compliance with company policy.
  • Ensure accounts are audit-ready and coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary.
  • Monitor cash flow, assess cost efficiency, and maintain the company's financial health.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business operations.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing a full set of accounts independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical, reporting, and spreadsheet management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-value transaction environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player with a positive working attitude and good communication skills.
