We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT System & Network Administrator to oversee and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our Windows Server environment and network systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in server and network administration, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support end-users while leading IT projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
  • Monitor system and network performance, conduct regular patching, updates, and backups, and implement cybersecurity best practices.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues reported by end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and implement IT infrastructure projects and upgrades.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise network management.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, LAN/WAN architecture, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and network security principles.
  • Proficient in managing Active Directory, Group Policies, and system backup solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
