Maju Teknik Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is a growing engineering service provider specializing in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) system maintenance and building services.

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer (ACMV) to oversee maintenance operations, manage technical activities, and ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and monitor ACMV maintenance and service works at various sites.
  2. Coordinate daily activities between technicians, subcontractors, and clients.
  3. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance are carried out according to schedule.
  4. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for HVAC systems.
  5. Prepare maintenance reports, service records, and progress updates.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.
  7. Support project planning, resource allocation, and cost monitoring.
  8. Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and smooth execution of works.

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in ACMV or building services maintenance.
  3. Good understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and air-conditioning equipment.
  4. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Able to work independently and handle multiple maintenance sites.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
