Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Relationship Management
  • Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with customers to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate sales leads, and understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and monitor progress to successfully close deals.
  • Product Demonstration & Client Engagement
  • Demonstrate products to customers effectively and confidently.
  • Meet potential clients and develop long-term professional relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
  • Internal Collaboration & Digital Support
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance user experience across the company's websites and digital platforms.
  • Operational & Reporting Responsibilities
  • Record all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all KPIs and performance metrics are consistently met.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned during the course of the role.
  • Medical Equipment Sales (Preferred)
  • Attend operating theatre (OT) sessions with doctors to demonstrate and guide the usage of medical products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree, preferably in Science or Marketing, OR at least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills with a pleasant personality.
  • Ability to work independently with good self-discipline and initiative.
  • For Medical Equipment Sales: Experience selling to Government and Private Hospitals is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
