Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Care:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on patient needs.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information accurately.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Assist in diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and emergency responses.
  • Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and dignity at all times.

2. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with hospital standards.
  • Report any changes in patient condition promptly to the physician or supervisor.
  • Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.

3. Infection Control and Safety:

  • Follow infection prevention and control protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients.
  • Adhere to hospital policies regarding safety, waste management, and emergency procedures.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Provide emotional support and health education to patients and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

5. Professional Development:

  • Participate in continuing education and in-service training programs.
  • Stay updated on new nursing practices, equipment, and technologies.
  • Uphold professional ethics and nursing standards at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • License: Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing license/registration.(APC, LGM)
  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience (varies by employer).
  • Skills:
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Knowledge of hospital protocols and electronic health records

Working Conditions:

  • Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) including weekends and holidays.
  • Exposure to patients, biological hazards, and emergency situations.
  • May require standing or walking for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM5,500.00 per month
