Job Summary:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing care and supporting the delivery of wellness, preventive health, and therapeutic services at OXYZ Health and Wellness Sdn. Bhd. This role involves patient assessment, treatment assistance, health education, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients while maintaining high standards of clinical practice and customer service.

Responsibilities :
Patient Care & Assessment
- Provide professional nursing care to clients in line with established medical and wellness protocols.
- Conduct health assessments, record vital signs, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Assist doctors in consultations, minor procedures, and wellness treatments.
Treatment & Procedures
- Administer medications, injections, IV drips, and other clinical procedures as prescribed.
- Support wellness-related services such as health screenings, detox programs, and aesthetic/anti-aging treatments (depending on centre services).
- Monitor clients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
Clinical & Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to infection control, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Maintain proper handling, storage, and inventory of medications and medical supplies.
- Comply with nursing best practices and regulatory requirements under the Ministry of Health (MOH).
Customer Service & Wellness Support
- Educate clients on wellness, lifestyle, and preventive health practices.
- Provide professional guidance and respond to client inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Work closely with the wellness team to enhance client experience.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain and update patient records in the system.
- Assist in scheduling, documentation, and reporting as required.
- Support wellness programs, workshops, or events organized by the centre.
Teamwork & Professional Development
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other team members to deliver holistic wellness care.
- Participate in training, continuous learning, and upskilling relevant to wellness and healthcare services.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification recognized by the Malaysian Nursing Board (Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia).
- Must possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and be registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a clinic, wellness, or healthcare environment.
- Strong clinical and communication skills, with a caring and patient-centered approach.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and clinical documentation.
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
