Operations Executive – E‑Commerce

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Full‑time, Permanent)

Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 5,000

Work Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

Language: English & Malay

Joining: ASAP

Who We're Looking For

A detail‑oriented, proactive professional with 2‑3 years of e‑commerce experience (preferably cosmetics) to run day‑to‑day marketplace operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.

Key Duties

  • Manage listings, pricing, and content on all platforms

  • Ensure inventory accuracy & timely order fulfilment

  • Plan & execute promotions, flash sales, and campaigns

  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for smooth delivery & returns handling

  • Track KPIs, generate weekly/monthly performance reports, and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply‑Chain, or related field

  • Proven experience handling Shopee/Lazada/TikTok seller centres

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; analytical mindset

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
