Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving sales, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve targets.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and promotions.
  • Attend events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools; social media management a plus.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and creative mindset.
