Job Description:

  • Provide high-quality service to customers, including email/online/ticketing services and support for any related business
  • Answer customer inquiries, maintain relationships with customers, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to the management and operations manuals, as well as established policies for relevant products issued or approved by Party A, and accept and act on instructions from customers
  • Seize opportunities for referral business, and introduce products and services to existing and potential customers

Remuneration Package: RM 2.7k - RM3.5k

Shift: 10am - 7pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
