Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, leave administration, and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD, PCB, etc.).
  • Oversee all ESD processes, including registration, application, and renewal of Expatriate Employment Passes, ensuring full compliance with immigration and regulatory requirements, and liaise with JTK and other relevant authorities on related matters.
  • Maintain and renew HR-related systems, payroll licenses, and staff insurance policies.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally and in line with company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and systems to support organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present HR reports, headcount plans, and staff cost analyses to management.
  • Plan and coordinate employee training, talent development, and team-building activities.
  • Perform other HR-related and administrative tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least Five (5) years of HR experience.
  • Hands-on and operationally involved.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and people oriented.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, including employment laws and payroll.
  • Proficiency in payroll software systems and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
