Human Resources Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES :
a) To assist in the recruitment, selection and placement of personal to ensure a timely processing in meeting manpower needs.
b) To coordinate, schedule and arrange recruitment activities which include sourcing, shortlisting and scheduling interview session.
c) To ensure staff salaries, allowances and overtime are administered and verified on time and are accurate.
d) To perform full spectrum of payroll on a monthly basis, rectify payroll discrepancies and statutory submission (EPF, Socso, EIS, LHDN, HRD Corp)
e) To issue HR related letters to staff e.g. Training Confirmation Letter, Warning Letter and Confirmation Position Letter.
f) To coordinate, arrange and facilitate performance appraisals session.
g) To uphold, enforce and ensure adherence to the Company's Human Resources policies and procedures.
h) Manage On-Boarding of new employees
i) Coordinate and interface with other department.
j) Processing staff confirmation and annual increment.
k) Oversee staffs discipline, rules & regulations, any disciplinary action to be taken.
l) Assist HR team to develop, review and update HR policies, processes and procedure.
m) Other Ad Hoc task
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Art in Human Resource or Business Studies / Administration / Management or other relevant discipline.
- Strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law, Statutory requirements and other related legislation.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required.
- Knowledge of payroll and Boss i-Net system
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
- Able to work independently, resourceful and good sense of responsibility
- Honest and disciplined and confidential.
- Possess own transport and willing to be based at Klang
