Responsibilities :

  1. Maintain full sets of accounts.
  2. Handle month-end closings, journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis.
  3. To prepare monthly management accounts and reports including statutory financial reports, reporting package, cash flow statement and analysis.
  4. To liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents and regulatory bodies.
  5. Perform regular reviews and clean-up of ledger accounts to maintain data accuracy.
  6. Coordinate with regional finance teams on inter-company transactions.
  7. Other adhoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Requirement :

  1. Degree (major in accounting/finance) or professional qualification in accounting.
  2. 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field is advantageous. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Familiar with SAP ERP system environment and computer literate - Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint would be an advantage.
  4. Possess initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
