Key Responsibilities

1. Total Rewards Strategy & Governance

  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's Total Rewards framework.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain governance, policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Compensation Management

  • Oversee salary structures, job grading, and internal equity reviews.
  • Lead annual salary review, bonus cycle, and market benchmarking exercises.
  • Provide expert advisory to management on compensation proposals and critical hires.

3. Benefits & Rewards Programs

  • Manage employee benefits programs (insurance, medical, allowances, etc.).
  • Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Work with vendors and partners to ensure high service quality and cost-effectiveness.

4. Performance & Incentive Framework

  • Support the design and implementation of performance-based rewards and incentive schemes.
  • Ensure alignment between performance outcomes and reward decisions.

5. Analytics, Reporting & Insights

  • Conduct data analysis on pay trends, turnover, and reward effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership decision-making.

6. Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory

  • Act as the Total Rewards subject matter expert for HR, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Support organisational growth through strategic workforce planning insights.
  • Provide guidance to HRBPs and hiring managers on compensation matters.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of salary structures, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and reward frameworks.
  • Experience in managing annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits programs.
  • Proficient in HR analytics, reporting, and compensation modelling.
  • Exposure to HR systems (HRIS) and salary survey tools is an added advantage.
