Job Responsibilities:

● Create and process Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices in the ERP system

● Record goods receiving and update stock in the ERP system

● Monitor inventory and perform regular stock counts

● Work with the Procurement team to arrange stock replenishment

● Liaise with the Production team to ensure raw materials stock and production schedule are aligned

● Prepare, pack and label customer orders

● Create courier consignment notes and arrange parcel pickups

● Collect and process online orders through e-commerce platforms

● File and organize invoices, forms and documents for audit purposes

.

Requirements:

● Minimum SPM

● Basic computer skills (Excel & data entry)

● Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn

● Able to work well in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
