We're now looking for a Front Desk Customer Service to be the welcoming face of our brand and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
- Handle membership sign-ups, renewals, and inquiries via phone, walk-in, and WhatsApp.
- Manage daily check-ins, bookings, and front desk administrative tasks.
- Support daily cash handling, payment processing, and basic record keeping.
- Coordinate with trainers and management on class schedules and appointments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist in stock management for supplements, merchandise, and gym supplies.
- Prepare simple daily reports (attendance, sales, or administrative updates).
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin, Customer Service, or related field.
- Prior experience in front desk, admin, or customer service roles is an advantage.
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace).
- Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is highly preferred
