Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok
  • Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Conduct A/B tests for creatives, audience segments, and landing pages
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams for ad materials and funnel improvements
  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking via UTM, GA4, and GTM
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and propose optimization strategies

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in running Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads
  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS)
  • Proficient with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
