Junior Performance Marketer
to support the planning, launch, and optimization of scalable digital campaigns, helping our clients reach more customers and achieve sustainable growth.

Your Role: Learning & Contributing to Our Success

Marketing is about connecting with the right people, delivering value, and creating predictable growth. As our Junior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Support Digital Campaigns
    – Assist in the planning, launch, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Assist in Conversion Optimization & Search Visibility
    – Help refine landing pages and calls-to-action (CTAs) to convert visitors into sales-ready leads, and support efforts to enhance page structures and content for search engine visibility.
  • Contribute to Tracking, Analysis & Reporting
    – Help collect and organize data from ad platforms and other tools to support ROI-driven decision-making and identify areas for cost per acquisition improvement.
  • Learn & Support Experimentation
    – Assist in setting up A/B tests and exploring new ad formats to identify innovative ways to grow lead volume.
  • Collaborate for Impact
    – Work closely with our content and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with customer needs and drive meaningful results.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience or a strong academic background/internship experience in
    performance marketing
    or
    digital advertising
    .
  • Familiarity with core advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads.
  • A basic understanding of
    conversion funnels
    , landing page principles, and A/B testing.
  • A keen interest in
    data analysis
    , with the ability to interpret basic metrics and reports.
  • Familiarity with email nurturing concepts is a plus.
  • Required languages:
    Bahasa Malaysia, English (Mandarin understanding is an advantage).
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the digital marketing space.

Salary Range

Monthly salary range is
MYR 2,500 - MYR 3,500
, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
