Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for creativity and growth?

We're a dynamic, small but rapidly growing education and recruitment company operating in Malaysia and Australia. We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing & Junior Marketing Designer to support the launch of our existing and new products across South East Asian markets.

This hybrid role combines performance marketing, digital campaign execution, creative design, and social media management. You will play a pivotal role in driving high-performing campaigns, crafting engaging visuals, and supporting our overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Management & Optimisation

  2. Lead and assist in developing and executing paid search and social campaigns across 
    Google Ads, META, TikTok, and LinkedIn
    .

  3. Optimise campaigns through data-driven adjustments to bidding, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
  4. Conduct 
    A/B testing
     and experimentation to improve performance.
  5. Assist in the execution of SEM, SEO, and paid advertising strategies.

  6. Analytics & Reporting

  7. Analyse campaign performance metrics to uncover insights and identify optimisation opportunities.

  8. Prepare clear, actionable weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, ROI, and marketing KPIs.
  9. Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks to inform strategic improvements.

  10. Design & Creative Content

  11. Create attractive marketing visuals using 
    Canva
    , including brochures, posters, flyers, banners, presentations, and social media content.

  12. Support the development of visuals for 
    online campaigns, promotions, website content
    , and paid ads.
  13. Use 
    Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
     occasionally for logo creation and more detailed design tasks.
  14. Assist in building content calendars and visual assets for social media.

  15. Social Media & Content Management

  16. Support social media account management, including content scheduling, posting, and community interaction.

  17. Assist in maintaining consistency across all digital platforms aligned with brand guidelines.
  18. Collaborate on content strategy for engagement and lead generation.

  19. Strategic Planning & Innovation

  20. Contribute to the development of the overall digital and creative marketing strategy.

  21. Identify emerging trends in digital advertising, social media, and design to drive innovation.
  22. Support the planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead acquisition.

  23. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  24. Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and web development teams to produce compelling ad copy and creative assets.

  25. Work closely with operations and recruitment teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
  26. Communicate campaign results, challenges, and project updates clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in 
    Marketing, Digital Media, Multimedia, Design, or a related field
    .
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience
     in digital or performance marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in 
    Google Ads, META Ads Manager
    , SEO/SEM, and digital campaign management.
  • Strong design skills with high proficiency in 
    Canva
    ; basic knowledge of 
    Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
     is preferred.
  • Familiarity with 
    AI tools for design and content creation
     is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience targeting audiences in the 
    postgraduate education or recruitment
     industry is desirable.
  • Knowledge of 
    South East Asian markets
     is a plus.
