We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Associates. These roles are integral to our customer experience, guiding visitors through our curated collection of handcrafted perfumes and enhancing their shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • LIVE Hosting: Host live product demonstrations and virtual events to showcase our perfumes and interact with online audiences, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide personalized assistance to customers, helping them explore our range of handcrafted perfumes and guiding them in selecting fragrances that suit their preferences.
  • Sales and Promotions: Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, highlighting product features, and demonstrating the unique qualities of our perfumes. Achieve sales targets and earn additional commission based on performance.
  • Boutique Operations: Maintain an organized and welcoming boutique environment, ensuring that displays are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product offerings, including the stories and craftsmanship behind each fragrance, to provide accurate and engaging information to customers.
  • Content Creating: Assist our Content Creators in the process of creating content.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Enthusiasm for customer service and a genuine interest in fragrances and local artisanal products.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is advantageous, but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, within the specified working hours of 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • Comfort with live hosting and virtual engagement.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
