About the Role

Join our team at Swarovski,the world-renowned luxury brand celebrated for its exceptional crystal creations and timeless elegance. As a Retail Associate, you'll create an inspiring and welcoming environment, helping customers discover pieces that celebrate beauty, style, and special moments.

What You Will Do

  • Welcome and engage customers with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
  • Offer personalized advice and product recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain the store's luxurious look and feel, ensuring displays are perfect at all times.
  • As part of the team, support daily store operations including sales, stock management, and cashiering
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and celebrate success.

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a love for fashion/jewellery.
  • Confident, approachable, and team-oriented personality
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Retail experience preferred, but energetic and driven newcomers are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
