As a Retail Associate, you will represent our brand by giving every customer a stylish and memorable shopping experience.

What You Will Do

  • Welcome and engage customers with warmth and confidence.
  • Take customers on a journey of discovery — helping them express their style with confidence and fall in love with the effortless luxury of Michael Kors.
  • Strive to meet your personal sales goals and actively contribute to the store's overall performance and success.
  • Join the team keeping your store looking beautiful and up to brand standards.
  • Assist with other in-store operations such as cashiering, VM, stock management etc.

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong love for fashion.
  • Friendly, confident, and professional attitude.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of fashion retail experience is desired (luxury retail will be an advantage).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
