Responsibilities:

  • The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:
  • Prepare, monitor, and update project budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure accurate financial planning and performance tracking.
  • Implement effective cost control systems to monitor actual expenditures against approved budgets. Identify cost overruns, analyze variances, and recommend corrective measures to improve financial efficiency.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive monthly project financial reports, providing management with clear insights into project performance, cash flow, and profitability.
  • Support the drawdown of bank facilities and project financing requirements. Ensure compliance with all loan covenants and financing terms, while maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.
  • Ensure all financial transactions and documentation comply with company policies, approved accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Undertake other financial-related tasks and special projects as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10, RM12,000.00 per month
