Job Responsibilities: -

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

  1. Perform physical, chemical and microbiology analysis that comply with international testing accredited standard.
  2. Prepare report of analysis & testing that being extracted from D365 system.
  3. Perform swab test for food contact surface and non-food contact surface.
  4. Involve in internal / external calibration and testing activity for QA equipment and tools.
  5. Responsible for compliance and implementation of GMP, QMP and food safety standard.
  6. Assisting in improving and maintaining the food safety & food quality system standard.

Requirements

  1. Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent from the recognize tertiary education.
  2. Possessed at least 1 year working experience in lab environment and food management will be an added advantage.
  3. Proficient in reading and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  4. Willing to work on shift.
