As the Logistics and Production Planning Staff you will be responsible for providing administrative duties, communications and project management support for the Logistics Performance Team.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Responsible for developing the monthly shop floor plans for to ensure that the shop floor operates on a high level of efficiency and integrity, always striving to achieve excellence.
  • Ensure efficient operation through careful management of all sizing efforts and developing plans, which maximizes customers' satisfaction through the optimal utilization of resources.

  • Analyze data adjusting inventory levels as needed to support overall site inventory goals.
  • Manages implementation of new raw materials/components and managing run out of old components in support of configuration changes.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure timely releases of materials in support of production.
  • Manages prompt resolution of issues related to rejected raw materials/components including communications related to material replacement and ensuring timely disposition.
  • Coordinate formula and packaging changes between New Product Introduction (NPI), Supply Planer, Regulatory, Purchasing and Production to ensure smooth implementation and proper run down of raw and packaging materials.
  • Ensures compliance of Regulatory, Security, Safety and GMP policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze SAP MRP to ensure components are available to meet planned production demand.
  • Provide data to change control SME for the implementation of new or alternative materials and specifications with existing suppliers, changes in components or introduction of new components. Assure that all activities required are implemented with the established timeframe.
  • Ensure on-time release of purchase orders to approved suppliers for the production materials needed to support production requirements in accordance to packaging components specifications and inventory targets as stated in SAP.
  • OEE target for changeover and cleaning, 9%
  • Administer all inter-company orders ensuring they receive product requested on
  • time/in full.
  • Analyse and manage capacity to achieve a feasible production plan for the lines assigned.
  • Reconcile the Master Production Schedule against Customers Orders to ensure that the company is not exposed over and above the necessary coverage.
  • Utilize MPP output to re-assure timely receipt of raw materials/components to support

  • Some college or equivalent work experience (consult manager on equivalent work experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Business Administration/Project Coordination

  • Technically savvy in the Microsoft software platform and SAP

  • Knowledge of Haleon systems, processes and policies

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Good interpersonal, communications and written skills
