Urban Planning Executive

Our client, a reputable construction consulting company, is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to oversee planning projects, manage submissions, and ensure smooth coordination with clients, internal teams, and authorities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage planning projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate with team members to ensure all project tasks are completed efficiently.
- Address and resolve project-related matters, including client queries and authority requirements.
- Provide expert advice to clients on planning regulations, submission procedures, and compliance needs.
- Manage communication with authorities and clients, ensuring accurate updates and prompt follow-ups on all submissions.
- Update management on project status, team performance, and resource requirements to support operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and submitting Planning Approvals.
- Strong knowledge of planning regulations, guidelines, and local authority processes.
- Proven leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues and ensuring project progress.
Remuneration & Working Conditions
Salary Range: RM3,500 – RM4,500 (Basic Salary)
Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS provided
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
