Job Description

· Responsible for handling daily administrative duties and handle daily basic accounting works.

· To ensure proper maintenance of account documents, records and filing.

· Prepare and process invoices, payments and expense, data entry and transaction reports.

· Liaise with external accounting firm to provide necessary documentation, support for audits and tax fillings.

· Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner through phone / email.

· Provide general administrative support to colleagues as needed.

Requirement

· SPM or equivalent and Accounting Basic is an added advantage.

· Prior experience in data entry, accounts receivable or related role an added advantage.

· At least 2 Year(s) of basic experience in related field an added advantage.

· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

· Hard working and positive working attitude, responsible and working attendance.

· Discipline and Punctual during working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
