About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Account Assistant to support our daily administrative and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.

Handle account payable and receivable transactions.

Update and maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system.

Support month-end closing and reporting activities.

Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments when necessary.

Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
