  • Able to produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner for the guests or staff.
  • Ensure smooth running of FOH operation.
  • To develop great knowledge and sense of hospitality and specialty coffee knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure great customer service is being provided to all customers.
  • Ensure that mise en place for beverage preparation is completed in your section.
  • Ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
  • Replenishes service lines as needed and restocks and prepares the workstation for the next shift.
  • Responsible for preparing and serving all beverage and food items by the recipe and to specification.
  • Completes assigned tasks as quickly as is safely practical
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
  • Would need to follow the cleaning schedules for the outlet and clean the section and other areas as directed.
  • Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
  • Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
  • Support the baristas and chefs in the daily operation and work.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
