About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team at KUMPULAN BTC BERHAD'. This full-time position is based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, where you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing and communications strategies.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our products and services
  • Creating engaging content, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates, to effectively communicate our brand message
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing activities and ensure consistent branding
  • Analysing marketing data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and drive continuous improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of events and trade shows to increase brand visibility
  • Supporting the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Any adhoc task requested by Management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and web content management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Creativity and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
