What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to user requests and troubleshoot software-related issues in a timely manner
  2. Perform software installations, configurations, and updates to ensure optimal system performance
  3. Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs or glitches
  4. Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective utilisation of software applications
  5. Maintain detailed documentation and records of all support activities
  6. Continuously monitor software systems and proactively address potential problems
  7. Assist with the implementation of new software solutions and technologies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT. Training will be provided
  2. Strong technical skills in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software applications
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with various operating systems
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues
  5. Effective communication and customer service skills to provide high-quality support to end-users
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  7. Relevant certifications or diplomas in Information Technology or a related field
