What you'll be doing

  • Creates detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD/Solidworks or equivalent for fabrication procees
  • Assemble and install a variety of mechanical and automation systems, ensuring precision and accuracy
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with the engineering team to find solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our assembly processes and procedures
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment

    ⁠- Perform mechanical assembly, installation, testing and onsite setup of the machine /conveyor / jigs based on timelines and customer requirement
  • Operating Milling, Lathe, Grinding Machine & Band Saw
  • Carry out hot work such as welding and cutting
  • Conduct repair and service / maintenance work for our products supplied to customer
  • Assist project engineer on project execution
  • Experience in CAD software (Autocad / Solidworks)

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Machining, Mechanical work, Machining Assembly, Troubleshooting, Maintenance and CAD drawing.
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical and automation systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the engineering team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
