About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our sales and business development initiatives. This role involves researching potential leads, conducting cold calls, and coordinating appointments for the sales team.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized with data, and motivated by results. You will play a key role in connecting our solutions with potential clients and ensuring smooth coordination between prospects and our sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Research & Data Management
- Research potential companies or clients from public sources, Google, and business directories.
- Collect and organize relevant contact information into structured databases or CRM.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities.
Cold Calling & Appointment Setting
Conduct outbound calls to introduce the company's solutions to potential prospects.
Identify and engage key decision-makers confidently and professionally.
Present the company's value proposition effectively.
Secure appointments or online presentations for the sales team.
Record call outcomes and follow-up actions in the database daily.
Follow-Up & Reporting
Manage follow-ups for warm leads and pending appointments.
Coordinate with the sales team to confirm meetings and share background details.
Generate daily or weekly call reports showing outreach activity and appointment progress.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales administration (fresh graduates are welcome if confident on the phone).
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with decision-makers.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Possesses own transport and willing to travel when required.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
