Our Personal Loan Sales team is growing, and we are seeking results-driven individuals to join our team. This role reports to the Personal Loan Sales Manager and we are looking for ambitious individuals who are confident in engaging with people and hungry for success. The Personal Loan Sales Trainee Program is designed to equip you with knowledge, skills, and practical experience to take on the role of Personal Loan Sales Exec. The journey involves job rotations within Telemarketing and Personal Loan teams over a 6-month period.
Individual who aspires to build a career in banking for the long term are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating income through acquisition of personal loan sales and cross-selling products i.e Credit Cards & Portfolio Sales
Responsible for consistently meeting individual sales targets and strive to achieve the sales targets;
Working together with Sales Manager to plan sales activities and roadshows;
To ensure high standard of sales and service levels as required by bank's standard by providing excellent customer engagement and experience journey;
To ensure all customers information are acquired, updated, stored and maintained accurately;
To ensure all operational procedures are maintained within stipulated guidelines/regulations, audit requirements, compliance and other procedure manuals pertaining to the job.
Job Requirements:
Malaysian Citizen
Minimum recognized, SPM, Diploma Level or equivalent.
Possess own transport
Ability to speak in multiple languages and part time sales experience will be an added advantage.
