About your new role
We're looking for an
Account Executive
to manage day-to-day client engagement on-site with one of Malaysia's top Petrol brands. You'll be the front line for specific Business Units for campaign planning, creative approvals, and stakeholder coordination — working closely with integrated teams across creative, content, production, and strategy to keep the engine running smoothly.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
● Accountability for the day-to-day execution and financial management of assigned accounts.
● Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
● Participate in marketing planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns.
● Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs.
● Act as a liaison between all departments and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects.
● Any other reasonable duties, functions or responsibilities assigned to you from time to time
EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
● Minimum of a diploma degree; Marketing, Business or Communications degree preferred
● Understanding of general marketing practices
● Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Internet
● Confident handling complex, high-volume timelines with multiple stakeholders
● Understanding of creative and production processes
● Excellent communicator — both written and verbal — with a sharp eye for detail
● Calm, professional, and collaborative in fast-paced client environments
