We are looking for a motivated Project Assistant to provide essential administrative and technical support to our Project Manager and QS team on site and in the office.

Key Project Assistant Responsibilities

  • Documentation Control: Maintain, organize, and track all project documents, drawings, transmittals, reports, and correspondence.
  • Communication: Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, sub-contractors, and consultants regarding project scheduling and documentation.
  • Procurement Support: Assist the QS in compiling price comparisons, sourcing quotations for minor items, and tracking material delivery.
  • Site Administration: Prepare meeting minutes, daily site reports, and simple progress tracking sheets.
  • Claims Support: Assist the QS with basic data compilation for progress claims and variations.

Project Assistant Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma/Certificate in Building, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a construction, engineering, or project administrative role is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is essential. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a bonus.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
